Absolutely. All our experiences are designed to meet you where you are. No prior experience with meditation, energy work, or healing practices is necessary.

What if the weather is bad?

Our yurt and pavilion provide shelter while maintaining connection to nature. Light rain often enhances the experience. We'll reschedule only in cases of severe weather.

Can I bring a friend?

Individual sessions are designed for solo experiences. However, we offer couple's sessions and small group bookings. Please inquire for details.

Is the space accessible?

Main facilities including the yurt, pavilion, and tea house are wheelchair accessible. Some forest trails have limited accessibility. Please let us know your needs.

What about dietary requirements?

For retreat days that include meals, we cater to all dietary requirements with advance notice. Our organic kitchen specializes in nourishing, plant-based cuisine.

How do I prepare?

Upon booking, you'll receive detailed preparation guidelines. Generally, we recommend good rest, light eating, and setting a clear intention for your experience.
